This is not the kind of seminar that you join and then leave it by feeling and judging yourself for being inadequate afterwards. In this seminar all the techniques work together with breath-work and it is designed to empower you to know what you know, to see all of your options clearly, to reach the ability of your own, to be whoever you want to be, and to change many of the ways in which you are judging yourself, making you wrong, and feeling inadequate, and to support you to get the most out of it.

Our lives between two breaths; the first, when we were born and the last when we die. It means our breath is the reason we alive. From 2-3 years old we start to distort/limits the way we breathe and change it to new habits subconsciously, which is different from the natural way we were born with.  We are doing this distortion/limits by holding our breath. In addition, our breathing habit has a direct effect on our way of thinking as well and we can eliminate this distortion/limits by simply changing the way we breathe. The breath is our most simple but powerful tool for fulfilled, satisfied, joyful life and healing.

Changing the limits in breath and limits in our thought system are the keys to living our lives with happiness, satisfaction and content. The moment you experience the breathing session, you will pass into a deep relationship with yourself and your soul.

What is Breathwork?

Breath-work is one of the most powerful techniques where we use conscious connected breathing to release and break free from limited breathing habits, limited thoughts, traumatic/dramatic unresolved memories/emotions, for inner peace, enhanced health, well-being and personal transformation. Conscious breathing is the practice of breathing with awareness, intention and attention to your inner experience, in the present moment. Conscious connected breathing is the most Natural healing ability, the art of learning to breathe from the Breath Itself, and the practice of connecting the inhale with the exhale consciously and continuously.

The usage of this consciously connected breathing technique allows us to open the gate to access the inaccessible, CORE, where we able to see our lives and the life around us differently, see the possibilities for making changes where it needs and to be more grounded.

The world of breath-work contains a diversity of approaches and schooling.  Among the most prominent are: Conscious connected breathing, which I like to call it “Natural Breath”, Re-birthing Breath, Holistic Breath-work, Transformational Breath-work, Integrative Breath-work…
